Get ready to embark on a global culinary adventure in our TRIP AROUND THE WORLD: ADVANCED SERIES. Each week, you’ll explore a different region through hands on-recipes that highlight signature ingredients and traditions from these 5 regions. Come ready to taste your way across 5 unforgettable weeks.

WEEK 1: ITALY- Herbed Focaccia, Italian Wedding Soup, Classic Pasta Carbonara, Pork Milanese with Creamy Polenta and Garlic Broccolini

WEEK 2: FRANCE- Quiche Lorraine, French Onion Soup, Coq au Vin with Dauphine Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus, Crepes Suzette

WEEK 3: ASIA- Bao Buns, Spicy Tuna Tartare on Crispy Rice, Rainbow Roll, Pad Thai, Shoyu Ramen,

WEEK 4: NORTH AMERICA- New England Clam Chowder, Maryland Crab Cakes with Old Bay Aoli, Jalapeno Corn Bread, Southern Fried Chicken with Mac and Cheese and Garlic Green Beans
