Step up your slicing, dicing skills in this hands-on knife skills class. You’ll learn the proper techniques to increase your safety and speed in the kitchen and enjoy the fruits (and veggies) of your labor afterwards.

  • Bruschetta with Concasse Tomatoes, Chiffonade basil, Minced Garlic & Fresh Mozzarella
  • Rotisserie Chicken Soup with Aromatics and Hearty Vegetables cut and prepared in class.
  • Fruit cup topped with fresh whipped cream.
