If you want to learn classic techniques and cooking basics to improve your kitchen skills, this is the course for you.  Each week’s lessons and recipes will build upon the previous weeks’ content, so you’re able to demonstrate a progression of your skills.

Please note this class is limited to 12 students only to ensure our chefs are able to give their full and careful attention to the participants.

  • Fundamentals: Week 1: KITCHEN ESSENTIALS, STAPLES, STOCKS
  • Fundamentals: Week 2: VEGETABLES, SAUCES, THICKENERS
  • Fundamentals: Week 3: GRAINS, PASTAS, SIDES
  • Fundamentals: Week 4: MEATS AND POULTRY
  • Fundamentals: Week 5: FISH AND SHELLFISH
