In this five-week course, we’ll take your foundational skills to the next level by exploring essential techniques, ingredients and culinary methods used in professional kitchens. Each week’s lessons will dive into recipes that are creative, challenging and precision based. You will build upon the previous weeks content, so you’re able to demonstrate a progression of your skills. Here’s what you will master along the way:
